Day 1: Into the Wild – Maasai Mara National Reserve
Your adventure begins with an early morning road transfer to the world-renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve. As your vehicle journeys across the Great Rift Valley floor, the landscape opens up to rolling savannahs dotted with flat-topped acacia trees and herds of grazing wildlife.

By midday, you'll arrive at your luxury camp in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, set off on your first game drive in the Mara—the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem and host to the Great Wildebeest Migration. Keep your eyes peeled for lions stalking prey, elephants meandering across the plains, and the graceful stride of giraffes.

Day 2: Full Day on the Mara Plains
Rise to the sound of the wild and set off for a full-day game drive with picnic lunch in hand. The Mara promises unmatched sightings of predators and prey, with a chance to see the Big Five in one day. Resident cheetahs, often relaxed around safari vehicles, may even leap onto the bonnet for a better view.

Bird lovers are in for a treat—over 500 species recorded here, from eagles to sunbirds. With every hour, a new drama of survival unfolds.

Day 3: Flamingos & Rhinos – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, travel northwards to Lake Nakuru National Park. Nestled in the heart of the Great Rift Valley, Lake Nakuru is famed for its pink flamingos, which sometimes gather in millions, forming a dazzling pink fringe around the lake's shores.

This alkaline lake is also a stronghold for endangered black and white rhinos, making it one of the best spots in East Africa to see these majestic creatures. Enjoy lunch at your lodge and an afternoon game drive along the shores and wooded escarpments.

Day 4: Highlands & Forests – Aberdare National Park
Your journey continues eastward through scenic highlands, passing tea and coffee plantations en route to Aberdare National Park. En route, enjoy a cultural stop at the bustling Karatina open-air market—the largest in East Africa.

The Aberdare range is a mist-shrouded, montane wonderland. Wildlife sightings include elephants, bushbucks, hyenas, and elusive forest dwellers such as the bongo, giant forest hog, and black leopard. Spend your evening enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Day 5: North to the Wild Frontier – Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, head north to the semi-arid Samburu National Reserve, one of Kenya’s best-kept secrets. This is home to the Samburu Special Five: Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, and Beisa oryx.

Arrive in time for lunch at your camp, followed by an afternoon or evening game drive. The Ewaso Nyiro River draws elephants and other wildlife for cooling drinks—perfect for photography and game viewing.

Day 6: Wilderness Uninterrupted – Full Day in Samburu

Search for predators like lion, leopard, and wild dog. Marvel at Samburu’s striking landscapes, and enjoy birdwatching along the Ewaso Nyiro, where over 450 bird species—including kingfishers, bateleurs, and vultures—thrive.
